The Villa has 2 Master Bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) both with En-Suite Bathrooms and each opening onto the covered pool area. Two more queen size beds and two twin beds  complete the bedrooms with  two additional bathrooms.  Try relaxing in the lounge/great room, eating in the formal dining area or cosy breakfast nook, sleeping or vegetating in bedrooms with colour TV's with cable and DVD players. Large screen TV in lounge with XBOX 360 has plenty of games to keep all ages entertained.  Separate utility room with washer and dryer make it easy for housekeeping chores you may want to perform. A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cutlery awaits you. 

The Villa boasts its own optionally heated pool and bubbling spa. As the temperature rises, you'll want to cool down in the pool. Please give yourself plenty of time to relax and lay around the screened-in pool area and enjoy the wonderful Florida Sunshine. A protective fence will keep your child/children away from an unattended pool.  A large patio table, chairs and loungers provide plenty of space for everyone.
