We desire to be extremely competitive with all comparable properties.  Rates are quoted below but occasionally we do have 'Special Offer' weeks available. Please contact us for any 'special offer availabilities'.

Nightly Rate: From $125-$150

Low  Season (Jan, Feb, Mar, Sept, Oct)..........$750/week 

Mid  Season (Apr, May, Nov, Dec) ..................$850/week

High Season (Jun, Jul, Aug,) .............................$900/week

Holidays Weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, 4th of July) $1000/week

10% off all bookings of 2 weeks or more

Additional Charges:-

Bookings of less than 7 nights require a cleaning fee of $85.  

Pool/Spa Heat $180/week (optional)

Price quotes are subject to 13% taxes

A deposit of $300 is required to reserve the villa. Reservations can not be guaranteed until receipt of the deposit
